Company Secretarial & Payroll Director


Trina is a Chartered Secretary in Public Practice, a Fellow of the Chartered Governance Institute and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of

Payroll Professionals.  She has over 20 years' experience in the company secretarial field, having previously worked in

FTSE listed companies and the financial services sector.  She has been in professional practice since 2006.


Trina joined BCS in June 2012, setting up the company secretarial department, was significantly involved in developing BCS's pension auto-

enrolment services and took on management of the payroll department in August 2019.  She complements her work at BCS

as a Lecturer in Corporate Governance.



Payroll Administrator


Charlotte joined BCS in June 2019 as a Payroll Administrator. Charlotte has experience  of working within the transport and road haulage industry. With a keen interest in payroll, she is looking forward to gaining new experience at BCS.

Abi joined BCS in September 2019 as a Payroll Administrator.  Abi has previous experience in payroll within the education sector as a designated trainer of new payroll professionals.  Joining BCS has given her the opportunity to expand her payroll knowledge into a wider industry.
