Company Secretarial Director
Trina is a Chartered Secretary in Public Practice and a Fellow of the Chartered Governance Institute and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals. She has over 25 years’ experience in the company secretarial field, having previously worked in
FTSE listed companies and the financial services sector. She has been in professional practice since 2006.
Trina joined BCS in June 2012, setting up the company secretarial department and developing the range of services offered since then. She has extensive knowledge and experience of corporate governance and compliance, Board support and minuting, share option schemes administration and working on client fundraising including under the SEIS/EIS tax relief schemes.

Company Secretarial Manager
Paula joined the firm in 2016 with over 15 years’ experience in the financial services industry, having previously worked in commercial insurance broking with a specialism of dealing with firms and individuals in the legal sector.
Managing a portfolio of clients across various sectors, Paula maintains statutory records, processes share transactions, officer appointments and resignations and the submission of Companies House filings. Paula undertakes company formations, deals with the preparation and filing of Employment Related Securities (ERS) filings and Enterprise Investment Scheme (EIS) filings with HMRC, deals with SEIS/EIS applications and administration, and provides board support services. Paula also supports the Company Secretarial Director.
Paula attained the CGIUKI Certificate in Company Secretarial Practice and Share Registration Practice (Cert CSSP) in 2020 and in view of her departmental responsibilities was promoted to Company Secretarial Manager.
KAREN NAZER
Company Secretarial Assistant
Karen joined the Company Secretarial Team in May 2022. Previously a Legal Secretary, Karen provides board support services to a number of clients as well as managing a portfolio of clients, preparing/submitting Companies House filings, maintaining company statutory records and processing matters such as changes to Directors, Designated Members/Members, Secretaries, Registered Office Addresses and Strike-off Applications.
