Company Secretarial Director


Trina is a Chartered Secretary in Public Practice and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA).  She has over 20 years’ experience in the company secretarial field, having previously worked in FTSE listed companies and the financial services sector.   She has been in professional practice since 2006.  


Trina complements her work at BCS as a Lecturer on Corporate Governance and involvement in education and examinations at the ICSA.  In June 2017 she revised and updated the ICSA Study Text for Corporate Governance.



Company Secretarial Assistant


Paula joined BCS in 2016, having worked in the financial services industry since 2000.  She previously worked in commercial insurance broking, with a specialism of dealing with firms and individuals in the legal sector.


Managing a portfolio of clients across a number of sectors, Paula’s role involves maintaining statutory registers, officer appointments and resignations, the preparation of resolutions, submission of filings to Companies House and managing statutory filing deadlines.  Paula also undertakes company formations, deals with SEIS/EIS applications and administration, and provides board meeting support and minuting services, as well as providing support to the Company Secretarial Director. 



Company Secretarial / Administrative Assistant


Alison joined BCS in February 2019.  Having trained as a bilingual PA/secretary at the Institute Français du Royaume-Uni, she has extensive administrative experience from working in the City for various institutions.


Managing a portfolio of clients, Alison's role involves undertaking Companies House filings and maintaining registers for a range of clients, providing board support and minuting services as well as assisting with administrative duties.



Administrative Assistant


Lesley joined our Company Secretarial team in February 2016.  She supports the day to day running of the department, assists in the formation of new companies, the preparation of documents, the submission of filings to Companies House and deals with general administrative duties.  Lesley has broad business experience working across a number of industry sectors having worked in administrative and customer service roles for over 20 years.
