Company Secretarial & Payroll Director


Trina is a Chartered Secretary in Public Practice and a Fellow of the Chartered Governance Institute and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of  Payroll Professionals.  She has over 20 years’ experience in the company secretarial field, having previously worked in

FTSE listed companies and the financial services sector.   She has been in professional practice since 2006.  


Trina joined BCS in June 2012, setting up the company secretarial department, was significantly involved in developing BCS's pension auto-enrolment services and took on management of the payroll department in August 2019.  She complements her work at BCS

as a Lecturer in Corporate Governance. 



Company Secretarial Manager


Paula joined BCS in 2016, having worked in the financial services industry since 2000.  She previously worked in commercial insurance broking, with a specialism of dealing with firms and individuals in the legal sector.


Managing a portfolio of clients across a number of sectors, Paula’s role involves maintaining statutory registers, share allotments and transfers, officer appointments and resignations, the preparation of resolutions, submission of filings to Companies House and managing statutory filing deadlines.  Paula also undertakes company formations, deals with SEIS/EIS applications and administration, deals with the preparation and filing of Employment Related Securities (ERS) filings with HMRC, and provides board meeting support and minuting services, as well as providing support

to the Company Secretarial Director. 


Following Paula attaining the ICSA Certificate in Company Secretarial Practice and Share Registration Practice (Cert CSSP), and in view of her departmental responsiblities, she was promoted to Company Secretarial Manager in August 2020.



Administrative Assistant


Lesley joined our Company Secretarial team in February 2016.  She supports the day to day running of the department, assists in the formation of new companies, the preparation of documents, the submission of filings to Companies House and deals with general administrative duties.  Lesley has broad business experience working across a number of industry sectors having worked in administrative and customer service roles for over 20 years.
