We offer a range of services to assist with recording and monitoring progress and decisions of meetings between boards of directors, boards of trustees, shareholders, members, partners and/or investment funds.

Conference call and recording facilities available
Managing board meeting timetables by scheduling meetings and issuing calendar invites to participants

We will enter into a Service Level Agreement with you, setting out our responsibilities and agreed turnaround times for the production of minutes and completion of board support activities.

Do you use or want to use a Board Portal?

A board portal is a secure app or website that allows a board of directors to securely access board meeting documents and collaborate with other board members and the company secretary electronically. BCS Wilson Partners has good working relationships with many board portal suppliers and will work with any portal of your choice.
